Rodić Davidson is an award-winning architecture, design, and interiors studio based in Bloomsbury, London. Established in 2006 by Ben Davidson and Sinisa Rodic, the practice has since partnered with private clients and professional developers to unlock and enhance the value of their property investments.

Who we are

Rodić Davidson is an RIBA Chartered Practice based in Bloomsbury, London. We design and deliver high-quality architectural solutions across a diverse range of building types—from Grade II* listed townhouses in prime central London locations such as Belgravia, Chelsea, and Knightsbridge, to converted barns and country houses in the countryside. We help our clients realise the full potential of their brief, often navigating complex planning challenges along the way.

Our work is not only in London – our portfolio increasingly includes projects in the countryside where we work for both UK and international clients. Our projects in the countryside often involve the restoration and adaptive reuse of listed and historic buildings or sustainable new construction.

Offering both architecture and interior design services, we create design-led, contextually sensitive solutions that are both imaginative and respectful of their heritage settings. Our work embraces the evolving demands placed on buildings today, including the need for flexibility, functionality, and reduced carbon impact.

We offer a comprehensive range of services including Architecture, Interior Design, and Project Management. Our team has extensive experience navigating complex planning processes, particularly in sensitive and highly regulated areas. This includes securing Planning and Listed Building Consents in challenging urban boroughs such as the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, London Borough of Camden, and the City of Westminster.

Outside London, we’ve worked on projects in National Parks, Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONBs), Sites of Special Scientific Interest (SSSIs), Green Belt, and other protected landscapes.

Our Conservation Services

Much of our work, specifically our architecture projects in Prime Central London, involves the refurbishment, alteration and extension of houses and historic buildings that are often listed. At Rodic Davidson, we have experience of working as a London architect with all grades of Listed Building in the city: whether these be Grade II, Grade II* or Grade 1.

Our sensitive design response preserves the historical fabric, whilst looking to introduce modern insertions and interventions into historic buildings, which thereby provides a visual separation between elements and allows the historic building to be repaired using traditional conservation methods and materials. This approach results in clearly articulated, functional spaces, celebrating the traditional spaces and the creation of new spaces.

Our London-based architecture practice has strong, trusted relationships with a wide range of associated professionals and consultants. It is our expertise and these relationships which contribute to the planning consents and project outcomes that we achieve for our clients. We believe in close engagement throughout the design process, particularly with Conservation and Design Officers.

Our Interior Design Services

Rodic Davidson Interiors (RDI) are our in-house team which offer bespoke and tailored services to the client and project requirements. We design and produce bespoke furniture using our partnerships with skilled artisans and manufacturing companies. We produce detailed drawings and coordination packages, regularly working alongside other client-appointed design consultants.
