Rodic Davidson, are an award-winning London architecture, design and interiors studio with the belief that buildings are more than brick and mortar. Our practice was established in 2006, by Ben Davidson and Sinisa Rodic, and in the years since we have worked with private clients and professional developers to unlock and enhance the value of their property investments. Our practice specialises in design-led and highly crafted renovations and new builds. We pride ourselves on our ability to deliver sensitive and thoughtful designs whist protecting our clients commercial interests.
Our enviable track record securing planning and listed building consents in sensitive or logistically challenging locations has enable us to refurbish some of the finest residences in Central London, allowing us to make our own distinctive contributions to London’s Architecture and the capital’s material fabric. Having worked within the oldest areas of London, we have developed an expertise in historic buildings, often Listed and situated within Conservation Areas. From Sartor House in Chelsea to Five Apartments near Kensington, our portfolio is the product of our considered and sensitive approach, contextual design and iterative dialogue with clients.

Who are we?
We are an RIBA Chartered London architect based in Bloomsbury. We deliver high quality architectural interventions across a range of building typologies, from Grade II* listed townhouses and duplex apartments in Westminster, Kensington, luxury houses in Chelsea to converted barns and country houses in Cambridgeshire, Suffolk and the wider English countryside. We support our clients in realising their ambitions for their new build or existing properties when planning proves prohibitive.
Whilst much of our work is local to us in London, our architecture practice has an expanding portfolio of work across the UK; predominantly in the east and south east of England, but also reaching as far as Scotland. We have expertise working in rural locations, across Norfolk, Suffolk, Kent and Sussex where we have undertaken a number of farmstead and country house projects, working with UK and overseas-based clients. These projects frequently involve sensitive restoration of listed and historic buildings, usually with some more contemporary new-build additions and interventions. As an architecture practice, at Rodic Davidson we seek to develop sensitive yet creatively ambitious design solutions, that not only celebrate heritage, but also recognising that buildings are now required to perform many different functions and should consume less carbon in doing so. In striving for lower carbon design solutions, whether this be through well insulated designs, through to the integration of renewable technologies wherever possible.

As a leading London architecture firm, we offer complete design and management services with an objective to always strive to add value through our designs. Our services are often for our forward-thinking owner-occupiers and developer clients, where we seek to build relationships founded on a personal service, creativity and shared ambition.
Our services include Architecture, Interior Design and Project Management. We have a record of obtaining challenging Planning and Listed Building Permissions, working in strict legislative urban environments such as The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, London Borough of Camden, and City of Westminster. Outside of London we have experience working in National Parks, Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty, sites of Special Scientific Interest, Green Belt and other designated areas.

Our Conservation Services
Much of our work, specifically our architecture projects in Prime Central London, involves the refurbishment, alteration and extension of houses and historic buildings that are often listed. At Rodic Davidson, we have experience of working as a London architect with all grades of Listed Building in the city: whether these be Grade II, Grade II* or Grade 1.
Our sensitive design response preserves the historical fabric, whilst looking to introduce modern insertions and interventions into historic buildings, which thereby provides a visual separation between elements and allows the historic building to be repaired using traditional conservation methods and materials. This approach results in clearly articulated, functional spaces, celebrating the traditional spaces and the creation of new spaces.
Our Project Management Services
Our London-based architecture practice has strong, trusted relationships with a wide range of associated professionals and consultants. It is our expertise and these relationships which contribute to the planning consents and project outcomes that we achieve for our clients. We believe in close engagement throughout the design process, particularly with Conservation and Design Officers.
Our Interior Design Services
Rodic Davidson Interiors (RDI) are our in-house team which offer bespoke and tailored services to the client and project requirements. We design and produce bespoke furniture using our partnerships with skilled artisans and manufacturing companies. We produce detailed drawings and coordination packages, regularly working alongside other client-appointed design consultants.
