Demolition Progress in RBKC

The demolition of an existing three-storey dwelling located in Chelsea is now complete! Works on site continue with the excavation of a new basementlevel.

The scheme was granted planning permission on appeal in October 2020, and our client celebrated the life of the old house in September 2021 by throwing a party to welcome the forthcoming demolition. You can read more about the project.
