Construction continues on nine apartments in Kensington

We are mid-way through the conversion of two large properties in Kensington into nine apartments. Construction began in early 2015 and following completion of the structural work late last year fit-out work is now progressing to complete the development.

Our scheme creates contemporary lateral front-to-rear apartments. Each will benefit from a lightwell in the centre of the building providing natural light to rear rooms, provided with comfort cooling and high specification acoustic treatment to windows to the street.  Eight apartments are accessible via a new lift as well as a reconfigured staircase with access via a private walkway at the back of the building.
