This Grade II Listed town house is situated in the heart of the Sloane Square Conservation Area.
A primary part of our brief was to provide 6 bedrooms as our client had 5 children. We achieved this by enlarging the lower ground and ground floors, thereby creating additional living accommodation. By thoughtful design we were able to incorporate an additional mezzanine level at the rear.
The property is situated within the Belgravia Estate Management Scheme and, although owned freehold, the scheme required Grosvenor to approve certain aspects of the work. We obtained this approval, along with Listed Building Consent and Planning Consent.
Our client was a member of parliament and our appointment was to provide a full and complete range of services – architectural and interior design and project management.
